Thanks you!

Thank you to everyone that showed up a Chick-fil-a last night to support Good Foundation Academy's library. We feel that it was a great success. Thank you to all members of the PTO that came to help greet people. We hope we were able to say hi to many parents, but unfortunately I am sure we missed a few of you. We are still trying to get to know everyone, so if we missed you last night we really appreciate your support!

Today was the Opening Ceremonies and the First Day of School! What a great day! The whole ceremony complete with children singing and signing the Star Spangled Banner, was wonderful! Thanks to all the Parents, Board Members, etc. for coming and being a part of it! I don't know about anyone else, but hearing those patriotic songs, along with the flag raising brought tears to my eyes. I can think of nothing better to have my children involved with. Have a great first day everyone!

Jamba Juice Reminder

Teacher snacks

We need some volunteers to bring teacher and staff snack and goodies the first week of school. We would like to have them available in the Teacher lounge.
Ideas: Candy, cookies, fruit, muffins, etc...

We just want to say thank you to all the volunteers who came and helped at the Ice Cream Social last night! It would not have been a success without you! It was fun to see all the students and their parents! Now that you know who your teachers are, you can start finalizing your school lists and get ready for school next week!

Also, don't forget the PTO meeting tonight at 7:ooPM in the cafeteria! All parents are welcome to attend and are encouraged to be a part of the fun PTO Team! Thanks for all you do!
